InvestEdge, Inc. was seeking a new home that would offer them room to grow and a fresh start to reinvent their workspace. Fortunately, they found it across the street from their former location. Taking the entire 6th Floor at 3 Bala Plaza provided InvestEdge the flexibility to be creative in designing their space.
The wide and deep floorplate allowed for large, open collaborative spaces. Huddle and conference rooms provided private space for team meetings. The center of the floor was anchored by a communal lunchroom with exterior views of the green suburban office park. Open ceilings maximized the available ceiling height and created a greater sense of volume. Satellite pantries stocked with beverages and snacks were offered as an additional amenity for employees.
The transition to the new space was well received by all. The project met all of its targets and objectives, providing the fast growing company workspace they can thrive in.
